NODGE BV processes your personal data when you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with them yourself. Below, you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect the data of website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we have no way of knowing whether a visitor is over 16. So we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid data being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected data about a minor without that consent, please contact us via info@nodge.be and we will remove that information.

How long do we store personal data?

This is to protect your privacy. We will react to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks. NODGE BV takes the protection of your data seriously and it takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental publication and unauthorised alteration.
