Personal data that we process
NODGE BV processes your personal data when you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with them yourself. Below, you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect the data of website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we have no way of knowing whether a visitor is over 16. So we advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid data being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected data about a minor without that consent, please contact us via info@nodge.be and we will remove that information.

NODGE BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- NODGE BV analyses your behaviour on the website to improve the website and to tailor the offer of products and services to your preferences.
How long do we store personal data?
NODGE BV does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We apply the following storage periods for the following (categories of) personal data: 5 years.

Access to data, rectification or erasure

To make sure that the request for access is really made by you, please send a copy of your ID along with the request. In the copy you make of your ID, you should black out your passport picture, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the area at the bottom of the passport with numbers), passport number and Citizen Service Number [BSN]. This is to protect your privacy. We will react to your request as quickly as possible, but in any case within four weeks. NODGE BV takes the protection of your data seriously and it takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental publication and unauthorised alteration.
